What we store

• Your email, the public URLs you submit, and plan status (free or Pro).
• Page text snapshots and hashes, so we can tell if a page changed.
• Change events and the briefs we send.
• PayPal subscription ID if you take Pro.

Why

To deliver change briefs, run the subscription, and keep the service honest (one free URL, abuse limits).

Who helps

• Email: Gmail SMTP (automatetgehub@gmail.com).
• Summaries: Google Gemini, when a key is configured. If it is not, we fall back to a local heuristic and say so.
• Payments: PayPal.

How long

While your watch is active. Email us to delete your account and stored snapshots. We will do that; we will not keep a shadow copy for marketing.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of what we hold on you. Write to the address above. We do not run ads or sell personal data.

Public pages

We fetch only URLs you name, and only if they are public. Page content is processed to detect changes. We do not log into anything on your behalf.
